So excited and proud of my client, Deanna Minervini, for being featured on the front page of the Toronto Star’s Special Section: Your New Home (September 9th). In the article, 'Five strategies for breaking into market', she discusses her down payment saving strategies for her first home. She certainly is proof that with discipline, it is possible for millennials to break into the GTHA real estate market. I was even able to score a quote in the article under the fourth strategy, ‘Look for potential, not perfect’ on page Z4! Check it out!
